Integrated smart vessel platform

One system. Total control. Anytime. Anywhere.

Nautech brings existing onboard systems into one connected platform for live vessel data, remote control and automation, across a single vessel or an entire fleet.

Brand-agnostic by design, it integrates technologies across different manufacturers and networks without locking operators into a single ecosystem.

Platform capabilities

Monitor, control and respond wherever the vessel is

On board or from ashore

See vessel data wherever you are

Monitor the vessel's position, battery status, tanks, engines, bilge level, shore power and other connected systems through the onboard dashboard, web app or mobile app.

Digital switching

Control configured onboard systems

Control connected lights, pumps and other configured loads from the app or dashboard. Use pre-configured rule sets for harbour, coastal or offshore operation.

Alarms and automation

Respond when conditions change

Set alarm thresholds for connected values and notify the relevant people when an event occurs. Where configured, automation rules can activate a relay, isolate a load or record camera footage around the event.

See how alarms and automation work

Alarms and automation

Beyond monitoring: from awareness to action

Set thresholds for the values that matter, such as low battery voltage, high bilge level, loss of shore power or high coolant temperature. Nautech Core monitors connected systems on board, evaluates events even without mobile coverage and can alert designated users or trigger a configured response.

Continuous monitoring

Define upper and lower thresholds for connected values. Built-in hysteresis prevents repeated alerts caused by normal fluctuations, while alarm states and event history are recorded and available for review.

Automated response

A rule can activate a configured relay, isolate a load or record camera footage around an event. Presets provide pre-configured rule sets for harbour, coastal or offshore operation.

Geofence monitoring

Create geofences around a berth, marina or other defined area. Entry, exit and proximity events are evaluated on board and logged with position and time.

Role-based notifications

Assign owners, skippers, technicians or operators to the relevant vessels. Each person receives the vessel data and notifications relevant to their role.

Apps

One platform, on your phone and in your browser

The mobile app and web dashboard use the same live and historical vessel data. Settings, alarms, automation rules and access permissions remain consistent from a single-vessel view to fleet-wide oversight.

Mobile app

On Android and iOS, view live vessel data, map position, alarms, routes, digital switching and onboard cameras. Receive push notifications, review active and resolved alarms and use red night mode at the helm.

  • Live RTSP video from onboard cameras
  • Digital switching with presets
  • Last received vessel data remains available offline
  • Home screen widget on iOS
  • Available in ten languages

This interactive preview uses an example vessel and simulated data. It demonstrates the dashboard layout and selected functions; nothing shown here controls a real vessel. The working application is available at dashboard.nautech.cloud.

From one vessel to the entire fleet

Charter operators, marinas and fleet managers can view vessel positions, connectivity, open alarms, switches and cameras on one screen. Assign users by vessel and role, from individual access to fleet-wide oversight.

Night Watch mode

Designed for use after dark

Switch to Night Watch mode for a low-light interface designed for onboard use at night, while keeping the same familiar layout.

How it works

One connected system, from vessel to screen

Aboard

Nautech Core connects to the vessel's NMEA 2000 backbone and compatible NMEA 0183 and IP-based systems. It reads connected data and records it locally before synchronising with the cloud.

Cloud

Over 4G, Nautech Core synchronises live data, history, alarms, automation rules, geofences and user permissions with Nautech Cloud.

Anywhere

Authorised users access the same live data, history, alarms and configured controls through the mobile app, web dashboard or fleet view.

Open architecture: Nautech Core works with NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183 and compatible IP-based systems, allowing compatible existing onboard equipment to be integrated. Additional modules and vessels can be added as requirements grow.

Routes and logbook

Every journey, automatically recorded

Nautech Core records vessel position while the vessel is moving, building route and trip history without requiring anyone to start a stopwatch. Review recorded tracks and previous passages together with duration, distance and available operating data.

Hardware

Three core configurations

All three configurations use the same IP68 housing and Nautech Cloud platform. They differ in onboard interfaces, digital-switching capabilities and support for advanced integrations.

The modular system

Expand the system as requirements grow

Nautech Core is the central module in the Nautech system. Additional modules extend connectivity, signal processing and digital switching close to the relevant sensors and loads. Each module communicates over NMEA 2000 and shares the same environmental rating.

Nautech isolate module

Available now

isolate

A floating 12 V DC-to-12 V DC converter that creates a galvanically isolated section of the NMEA 2000 network and helps protect connected equipment from electromagnetic interference and galvanic corrosion.

  • Galvanic corrosion through floating DC-DC isolation
  • Burst effects through overvoltage suppression
  • Overcurrent through a self-recovering fuse
  • Reverse polarity
  • Noise through filtering on the DC supply
Nautech analog

Coming soon

analog

Connects existing analogue sensors, such as fluid-level and temperature sensors, to the NMEA 2000 network and can be installed close to the measurement point.

  • Fluid-level and temperature sensors
  • Transmits over NMEA 2000
  • Waterproof housing with the same environmental rating as core
Nautech extend

Coming soon

extend

Adds eight relay outputs and eight contact inputs for larger digital-switching installations, with waterproof connectors for NMEA, contact and relay interfaces.

  • 8 relay outputs and 8 contact inputs
  • Physical fuse and software-configurable virtual fuse
  • Voltage and current measured on each contact
  • 4 A nominal per contact

Solutions

One platform for different marine operations

Configure Nautech around an individual yacht, charter fleet, fishing vessel, ferry or offshore workboat. The platform adapts to the vessel, operation and people responsible for it.

Charter operators and fleet managers

Monitor vessel positions, connectivity, system status, alarms, cameras and history from one place. Real-time information helps teams reduce manual checks, identify issues earlier and improve maintenance planning, vessel turnaround and fleet availability.

Distributors

A scalable platform that works with equipment already in your portfolio, supports retrofit and new-build projects and creates opportunities for cross-selling and ongoing technical services.

System integrators

Integrate existing NMEA, communication and power systems, then use remote access and diagnostics to support customers without unnecessary visits to the vessel.
